MIXED USE
Blanco Offices, located in suburban San Antonio, Texas, is a low-density office complex that seamlessly blends contemporary architecture with its natural surroundings.
Designed to prioritize both place-making and landscape integration, the project creates a harmonious balance between the built environment and nature, offering an immersive work experience within an art-inspired setting.
Blanco Offices is a cluster of small office buildings set within a forested landscape, centered around a large courtyard. A landscaped pedestrian path connects the access road to a nearby golf course, while the spaces between buildings serve as patios featuring art installations.
The office spaces are open and flexible, with mezzanines and carved patios that bring in natural light. The design prioritizes energy efficiency through strategic building orientation and sustainable materials.
