The architect José Manuel Gómez Vázquez Aldana carried out the executive project and drew up the plans for the bullring.
It was designed to accommodate 16,561 spectators on a total land area of 645,834.63 square feet.
It consists of five rows of barriers, seven of the first row, six of the second row, a box area for seven people each, the seats have backrest and armrests, and metal side staples and the general area in the upper part of the square.
The square has 9 corrals, 10 drawers of bullpen and the arena.
