MIXED USE
This mixed-use development, located directly across from Universidad Panamericana, is a dynamic project that integrates residential, commercial, and office spaces.
The design leverages the unique site conditions and strategically incorporates height variations to maximize efficiency, while creating a vibrant urban atmosphere. Approved under the designation of Mixed Central Intensity Medium, the project aligns seamlessly with the area's zoning regulations.
The development comprises five primary buildings, each serving a distinct function. At the front, two residential towers and a co-living building offer modern living spaces, particularly catering to students and young professionals. A central plaza, framed by commercial spaces, serves as a communal gathering area and links the residential and commercial sections.
The commercial spaces are designed with a variety of uses in mind, including dining, personal services, and retail, ensuring a dynamic and lively environment. Above the commercial levels, an office building provides workspace for professionals, with terraces that offer views of the surrounding area. Three levels of underground parking offer ample space for both residents and visitors.
