Located in the District of Panama, Panama Province, this social and sports facility spans a total area of 18,641.78 m².

Designed to accommodate approximately 2,000 members, it serves as a key addition to the Santa Maria Country Club, complementing existing amenities with a wide range of recreational and social spaces.

The building is part of the second phase of Santa Maria Country Club, designed to enhance the recreational offerings of the community. With 3,340 m² of interior space, it is spread over two levels featuring social and sports amenities.

The facility includes sports courts, an outdoor pool, and a service area located at the northern end of the lot. It connects seamlessly with the existing Hotel Santa Maria and Golf Club, providing a cohesive experience for members. The architecture responds to the surrounding environment, with natural stone and glass dominating the façade, harmonizing with the aesthetics of the neighboring Golf Club.
