SPECIAL PROJECTS
Located in the scenic Amador Causeway, Isla Naos is a groundbreaking mixed-use development that seamlessly integrates commercial, residential, and recreational spaces. This iconic project offers a blend of luxury, innovation, and functionality, with stunning views and close proximity to Panama's renowned Museum of Biodiversity by architect Frank Gehry.
Isla Naos is designed with multiple functionalities, incorporating a commercial area, residential spaces, offices, and amenities. The southern zone will feature seven buildings that combine retail and office spaces, interconnected by commercial walkways and a panoramic plaza. Above, three residential towers with underground parking provide luxury living, while a 400-room hotel with a 15,762 m² marina serves as a central attraction. The entrance showcases a sculptural landmark, while essential services such as water treatment and electrical substations are strategically reallocated for optimal function.
This visionary project sets a new standard in urban design by creating a vibrant, self-contained community where commerce, leisure, and living intersect seamlessly, making Isla Naos a hub of modern, scenic urbanity.
