Centro Magno
Guadalajara, Mexico
Shopping
1998
The architects José Manuel and Jaime Gómez Vázquez Aldana were the designers who gave the unique architectural and urban structure to this mall at Guadalajara.
The Centro Magno shopping and entertainment center was built to achieve classicist free-style interior environments, which by continuing abroad, impacted the domestic scale of the surrounding constructions.
Granite was used in the spectacular elevator tower; the rest are Mexican marbles, with a brass detail; the railing is made of stainless steel that shows the good use of design.
This project is the result of an architectural and urban process
The Centro Magno scheme was determined in a balance of open spaces, circulations, services and commercial areas.
