At GVI Gómez Vázquez International, we believe architecture transforms the way people live, work, and connect. We are looking for a licensed Project Director to lead the design and delivery of complex, high-profile projects across international markets.
This is a leadership role for an architect who combines design excellence, technical expertise, and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams while building trusted relationships with clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creative vision and technical execution of complex architectural projects.
- Act as the primary client partner throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive quality, schedule, and project performance from concept through delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, BIM, MEP, structural engineering, and external consultants.
- Present design solutions and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Lead a collaborative environment while maintaining the highest standards of design and technical excellence.
What You Bring
- Degree in Architecture with extensive experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
- Valid professional architecture license is required.
- Outstanding design judgment supported by strong technical expertise.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency is required, as you'll collaborate with international clients and teams.
