This innovative project, designed for the Panamerican Institute of Higher Business, is a modern, multi-functional complex that merges cutting-edge architecture with nature. The design integrates educational, social, and recreational spaces, creating a harmonious environment that enhances both learning and relaxation.
The development consists of seven interconnected buildings, featuring spacious rooms designed for academic, social, and administrative functions. The complex includes four state-of-the-art auditoriums, 22 cafes, talk rooms, and a snack bar, catering to the diverse needs of students and faculty. An industrial kitchen supports events and catering services, while a large esplanade provides an ideal venue for gatherings and events. Emphasizing its connection to nature, the project incorporates a serene rooftop garden, an artificial lake, and a tranquil promenade adjacent to a waterfall and reflecting pool. The design blends effortlessly into the natural surroundings, creating a seamless experience for all who visit.
